Cath at the Moxie Fab World put forth a set of color inspirations challenges. The neutrals color challenge spoke to me with the soft soothing smoky blue gray, the twig and off white combination of hues.
I decided to pull out my Artistic Outpost sets Steampunk, Think and Wonder and Ephemera Backgrounds to create a card for an explorer.
I stamped the train twice and popped it up to give it the feel of flowing off the card. As a child I used to dream about travelling the world and I think this card captures that. :)
On another note... I am very excited as my hubby has been working on special set of drawers for me to create a new desk and they were finished last night. Now he has to cut the top. I have pulled everything out of my craft room to accommodate the new desk and am looking forward to putting it all back together over the weekend. I will try to share pictures after I re-assemble my room. (Yeah!)

Hi Suzz, I really love this card and the train really does look like its flowing off the card, brilliant. I love all the elements on this piece and the sentiment. Male cards can be a little challenging at times but this is perfect. How exciting having more storage, I love storage, or is it the fact I like more space for more new goodies LOL.
