Lots of Love

From gold to pink, white to red it is Valentine’s week.  This week the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge  is for you to be inspired by  the traditional colors associated with it. Are you a red or pink person? You’re welcome to use both together, other Valentine’s type colors, or even your favorite color palette that incorporates one or both of these colors!

I started with pink paint on a kraft background and the card started to form from there.
I painted a series of kraft tags with pink acrylic paint.  After they dried I stamped the background with the Stampers Anonymous Valentines words.

I then continued with stamping cupid and another tag with the small words and layered it out with hearts and buttons.

  6. This is a fantastic card that's layered with goodness! I really like how all of the twine strings are sort of pointing in a new direction. LOVE the presence of fabric and the sort of rustic vibe you gave this card. Your work is always so refreshingly original!
