Framed Again!

Sorry it has been so quiet this week. I have been in meetings all week and tired when I got home. I have been getting up early for a little creative time but haven't had time to post about it.  I decided to post one of the projects I created this week.

This features a new Wood Frame stamp from DarkRoom Door.
I wanted to create a window effect and blended in some of the lovely spring flowers from the Garden Greetings collection.

I stamped the flowers over a background that I created previously using Dylusion inks and shaving cream. A lovely mixed background of spring colors.  I stamped multiple flowers onto the background and cut them out. I also stamped a few of the butterflies from the new Collage - Butterfly and Post stamp.  I added a background of pattern paper Pink Paislee Hope Chest.  I pop dotted the frame stamped in brown ink but edged out with black ink.  I then cut an opening into the front of the card to position the window frame over.

The middle flower is pop dotted and attached to the inside of the card.  The other two are on the outside and peeking out from the second layer of the window frame.

I added the sentiment and attached it to the side. Everything was distressed around the edges with a touch of Vintage Photo around the edges.

Have a fabulous weekend!
