I think these birds are having a gathering and have invited other birds over to hang out.
There isn't much of a recipe to this card but I will highlight a few things...
The background was made by inking up the acetate and spritzing it and I did add a little bit of yellow glimmer mist. This was the tail end of the paper that is why you have the edge along the top.
The trees were stamped with StazOn Timber brown. I colored the leaves with my Copic markers. I finished everything off with a fine layer of clear embossing powder. And the buttons... buttons galore.. I thought it would be cute to make a border on the top and bottom of buttons... (Now I am out of little buttons for yellow and green)
But I think I am getting a package today in the mail! (Yeah!) New Hero Arts stamps and mini buttons.

ReplyDeleteWhat a fun card!
ReplyDeleteThis is lovely. I think you just have a knack or laying alcohol inks down as backgrounds.
