The background is glimmer mist in a lovely yellow. I added a layer of vintage photo over the top and edges with a sponge. I then stamped with pearl mist on the background a swirly design using pearl mist and added a few water spots using a mister.
Stamp the flowers using brown pigment ink and heat emboss using Stampendous aged gold embossing powder. Accent with a little glimmer.
Stamp the dragonfly with versamark and heat emboss using gold embossing powder and glitter.
Stamp the sentiment using brown pigment ink and heat emboss using clear embossing powder.
Add a light touch of script using the dream text cling (Stampendous) and brown pigment ink.
