In the Birdhouse

Today the Artistic Outpost Design Team is hopping showing projects that use the Quotes or Backgrounds from AO.

I decided to pull out one of my favorite images from the Whimsical Melange
I started from the birdhouse shape and added the row of birds from the Songbirds along the bottom. I colored the images using STAEDTLER watercolor pencils.   I added the flowers from the Flower Market. The background has a soft text backround from Birds of a Feather.I cut a frame around the image with black cardstock and created a cardbase using the shape of the house.

    Hi Suzz, I nearly used the bird house shape this month, I love it and those birds sit beautifully inside. Love the blue text stamping in the background and the added butterfly. The ruler and button are a lovely touch. Tracy x x

    Very pretty! Those birds are colored so beautifully. And I love your choice of flowers and script in the background. You sure know how to put a card together with mainly stamping. Gorgeous, as always.

    Beautiful Sue! Love that you used the stamp to created a shaped card! Fab combimation of AO images, the birds/flowers look wonderful combined with the Whimsical Melange image!
