Happy World Cardmaking Day! Hope you are going to spend some time inking up and making some cards. I am planning on sneaking in a little ink time.
This month's challenge at Stampendous is to create a CAS Christmas card.
The prize this month is a Cling Jumbo Sparkle Joy set to a random winner. You have until Thursday, November 3 at 11:59 PM EST to add your link to the linky tool on the Stampendous blog.
The image of the savior in the circle inspired me to create a window card. With the window showcasing the baby inside the card. A very clean design with a little touch of raffia along the bottom.
The babe inside is colored using watercolor pencils and waterbrush. The frame was sponged with distress inks. The kraft cardstock and raffia were sponged with Vintage Photo Distress ink.

Wow...this is really lovely. I just adore how you used the raffia around the bottom. It made me think of the hay they laid Jesus on in that manger. Great job with this challenge.
