Coffee or Tea? The challenge this week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge
is to be inspired by coffee or tea. I started with a tea colored spray.
I played around with a variety of tea colored inks and sprays and ended up blending the Ranger Distress Ink - Tea-Dye with Vintage Photo to sponge over the stencil for my background.
I sponged on the inks over the stencil. I then decided to stamp and color the flower and pop dot it over the background. I decided to use the beautiful sentiment from the Simon Says Stamp Blessed Set
Products: Ranger Distress Ink - Tea Dye , Ranger Distress Ink – Vintage Photo Stampers Anonymous 2015 - Flower, Graphic 45 Time to Flourish (bee), Tim Holtz Crinkle Ribbon, Heidi Swapp - Tea Color Shine, Idea-Ology Typed Tokens, Twine, Memory Box - Distressed Grid Designer Stencil, Ranger Gold Paint Dabber, STAEDTLER watercolor pencils
Simon Says Stamp is offering a $50 gift voucher to a
randomly selected participant in the challenge, come play along and share your summertime inspiration!

ReplyDeleteLove work Suzz--we love all things bee in our house, and your inking layers have just the right honey golden hue.
ReplyDeleteThis is beautiful Sue! I love the colours and the pretty flower. Tea Dye is one of my least used colours, I better use it more.
