Card Patterns Sketch 74 & PDDC 39 Colors

This week's sketch at Card Patterns has lots of lovely layers. Something I love to do! I also wanted another pass at the colors at the Play Date Cafe Challenge this week because they are so pretty.  So what do you get when you take this beautiful sketch:
