The background was started with a mix of embossing paste applied over a star stencil. I let that dry and then came back in with a shimmery gold mist sprayed over the entire surface. I cut out a large circle to use to trace my moon in with watercolor pencil. I used a waterbrush to soften the edges.
I also cut a series of stars using a variety of dies which I then stamped with script. I popped some of the stars up and left some layered under. I added a touch of shadows with a blue watercolor pencil. I added a mix of sequins in the background.
I printed out the words and cut them up to frame the circle. along with the image which worked in hanging off the edge of the moon.
