Christmas Travels

The Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge is back this week with a transportation inspired challenge.
Anything travel related can be your inspiration.  I decided to pull out my little used Valise die and create a Christmas mini book.

I created a crocodile texture on my valise with the layering stencil and the gold crackle paste and a mix of sprays to add to the color on the texture.

I die cut a series of snowflakes and sprayed them with a brown spray ink.

For the inside a series of tags:
Of varying sizes and directions:
To insert the tags a simple accordion center to the book:

I lined the inside with soft rose pattern paper.   I cut a series of tags with various images / backgrounds in coordinating colors.
This is one of the pages with a stenciled with paste word on the front.

The tags have different embellishments, colors and images:
I made sure both sides of the tags had stamping /embossing / embellishments:
I added gold edges on the tags using a krylon pen.

And added a few more snowflakes on the tags as well.

Here is the outside before the snowflakes and before the accordion is taped together.
