Hi! I am sharing over on the Basically Bare blog today this Advent Flip Calendar using the Easy Easel Album.
The album came with a certain number of pages. I had to add extra pages for the advent calendar. I used the mixed media card set and scalloped tag set to add additional pages. All the items area available to purchase on-line at the Basically Bare retail shop.
Each day was fun to put together a mix of images, embellishments and lots of glitter.
There is a mix of papers but mostly from Authentique and October Afternoon old and new papers.
My stamps are Artistic Outpost, Darkroom Door, Momenta, Penny Black, Inkadinkado, Stampendous, Stampers Anonymous, 7 Gypsies, Technique Tuesday
This is the Basically Bare Wings Die Cuts along with the Celestial Shapes on a Scalloped Tag Set felt tag. I glittered it up with Stampendous glitters!
One of my favorite Stampendous birds and Memory Box stamp!
The easel worked well with all the extra bulk I built into the calendar.
Frosty from Artistic outpost!
This doesn't show off how beautiful this is on acetate. The buck is from Indigo Blue.
Love me my vintage Santas!
Plain silhouette but striking none the less!
I will be sharing the rest next week!
Thanks for hanging in for all the details!

Flowery Day Four
I love this paper and I think I used it on a few of the tags so expect to see it again! :) Day 4 today and the star of the tag is the paper. I just added some shading and a hint of glitter.
There are some stamps that you just adore and re-use over and over again and I think a lot of the stamps on my 25 days fit that category for me. The three little birds I have had forever and love because they can be stamped in as a little detail. The Memory Box Heaven and Nature I just love.
Have a wonderful Thursday! (Still working on my other projects but have hit a design block. Hate when that happens!)

Touch of Spring
Here is my touch of spring. Our weather can't quite seem to switch over to warm weather. I created a tag Inspired by Tim's May tag which was a mix of scraps with fun embellishments. I decided to create a tag using a mix of papers with stamped images, words and embellishments.
I started with some new papers from Authentique as my base to create the soft background. I then pulled out a variety of stamps to add to the different spaces.
The flowers were on the paper and I added color with my STAEDTLER Karat Aquarell watercolor pencils.
Products: Stampers Anonymous Tiny Things, Attic Treasures, Tiny Words, Curiosities, Purely Random, Darkroom Door Correspondence, STAEDTLER, Authentique, Ranger Archival Ink - Watering Can
Thanks for stopping by!

Love Letters
When I heard the challenge this week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge was Love Letters I knew exactly what I wanted to play with. I had these cute little blocks in my alterable stash waiting to be decorated. I pulled them out to create letter blocks that could make different Valentine's messages..
This particular project ended up being a little more work than I thought as I had so many sides to decorate with different images and letters.
I cut all the pieces for the sides from various coordinating papers. I then thought of the messages and the letters I wanted on my blocks. I stamped the letters first with black ink and added the various stamped hearts over the letters.
The remainder of the sides is a combination of stamping and various images from pattern papers.
I sponged a touch of white acrylic paint on the backgrounds to soften the edges.
Products:
Authentique Smitten , Kelly Purkey Plain Jane Alphabet, Smitten, Lovely, Memory Box Love & Hearts, Hero Arts Watch Gears, Graphic 45 - A Place in Time, Prickly Pear - Singing Bird, Ranger Archival Ink - Vermillion, Ranger archival Ink - Jet Black, White Acrylic Paint,
Come share your love letter inspired project for an opportunity to win a Simon Says Stamp $50 Gift Voucher.

Untie the Ribbons
I am back with my second tag catching up with Linda's 12 Tags of Christmas. This tag is inspired by her week #6 tag. The challenge is sponsored by her store The Funkie Junkie Boutique.
My tag:
I had every intention of creating a Christmas tag. I made the mistake of pulling out new pattern papers from Authentique mixed in with my Christmas papers. When I saw the roses it inspired the whole tag. I followed the design from Linda's tag as my layout and just used different elements.

Memories
Chic to be Shabby is the challenge this week at Simon Says Stamp and Show.
I was excited to play along as shabby chic is something I really enjoy.. I decided to create a wedding keepsake box.
The base of my project is a Graphics 45 Altered Art Box.
I covered the surfaces with a variety of lovely soft pastel papers distressed and smeared with white paint. I coordinated with a variety of pinks, black, and soft greens. The front is covered with a variety of roses which have been misted with pink glimmer mist. The ribbon was also died to pink color as well.
The box has two openings which allow for photos inside and out:
Inside I mounted a frame die cut from pink vellum. The frame is for additional photos or to add a keepsake.
Here is a picture of the box fully open.
I added a pocket with the Hero Arts doily stamped using versamark and heat embossed with white embossing powder. I created a tag to fit in the pocket with lace trim.
The box open standing up:
I love collecting papers and was happy to use them on this beautiful keepsake perfect for an anniversary gift.
Products: Authentique Festive, Authentique Lovely , Prima Flowers,
Spellbinders Grand Ovals Die, Hero Arts Starburst Lace, White Embossing Powder, Ranger Dabber - Snow Cap, Ribbon, Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist,Tim Holtz Idealogy Lavish Trim, Gem Flourishes
Come join in the challenge this week for a chance to win a $50.00 gift voucher from the ever generous Simon Says Stamp:
