Christmas in Paris

Another tag today!  I am following along with Linda's twelve tags challenge and we are on week #6.  Her challenge is sponsored by her store The Funkie Junkie Boutique.  Linda's tag is really lovely this week and posed quite a challenge for me as I didn't have anything on her tag on hand. :)

I decided to use the colors and layout.  The colors are appealing as I don't usually mix the blues and reds together for my holiday tags/cards.

I started with the Stampendous Eiffel tower stamped in the bottom left corner to give the height of the trees. I found this beautiful wood snowflake that I painted white and added chunky glitter and frosty glitter.

I sprayed the lace and flower with a deep red glimmer mist to give the rich red tones.  The background is script form Hero arts.

Products:  Stampendous Cling Eiffel Noel, Stampendous Chunky Glass Glitter, Hero Arts - Old Letter Writing, Ranger Stickles, Petaloos

Hope your weekend is lovely. We are trick or treating this afternoon and I am so looking forward to the costumes!  I love seeing what clever ideas people have.  My youngest is going as Thing 1 with a friend of hers being Thing 2 from the Cat in The Hat.

  13. Hi Sue, Sorry I've not dropped by for a while. It's been back to back little Grand Daughters for the past 1.5 weeks which has left me with very little time ..... and even less energy, lol .... for blog hopping. I've managed to stay awake for a catch up tonight though and I always know I'm in for a treat when I visit your blog, ;D.

This tag is really gorgeous. I've never seen that wonderful Eiffel Tower stamp before and it's stunning. Love that gorgeous script in the background too.

Hope the trick or treating went well!

    Hugs

  21. This tag absolutely ROCKS, Suzz! I love the way you used the Eiffel Tower and stamped the seasonal greenery around it. Lovely background and I love the glass glitter and the touches of burgundy. Awesome take on Tag #6. I'm sorry it's taken me a month to get around to visiting you but be assured that I am delighted to have you taking part in the 12 Tags challenge!

    Hugs,
